My dear Calder,
As a result of our revised method of
calculating leave we have had to remodel our
leave certificate and have found it departmentally
more convenient to make a separate document of the
last pay certificate. We should be glad to know whether in reporting grants of leave we should s end Colonial Office a copy of the last pay certificate
as well as the leave certificate. Both are of
course sent to the Crown Agents.
